Work Process
At 3WebBox we are more orientated over the client requirements. Our process is fluid to insure the stability of the work progress and the desired goals. After initial connection, our account manager layout a clear plan and open connection channels with our engineers related to the client requirements so teams from both sides are on mutual understanding of the expectations.
Our assigned account manager is always the single point of contact for teh executive or decision maker to update and report progress. and depending on the project size, the suitable work flow is adopted whether it’s Agile or Modern Waterfall.
Project Stages
1: UI/UX Envision and Design
In this stage our graphic designing team take the responsibility of understanding your requirements and place it on visual designs that represent the expected outcome at the end of the project.
2: Software Design and Analysis
This is where the system is outlined in details for developers to build. You can think of this as the blue print of the work that is about to be done for the engineers and developers to work on and include every aspect of the project from how the data are stored and what data, how it’s processed and how major functions provide the expected results.
3: Development
Once software design is approved, engineers and developers jump to work taking over the project progress. They will execute the project as planned and designed. During this stage there will be internal versions of the project released for internal testing that the client can have access to if needed, in the industry it’s called Alpha Release.
During this Alpha release clients my see some of the necessary changes that needs to be done to the product and they submit Change Request and it will be handled by the engineer.
Once an acceptable Alpha release is reached, the engineers move the project to the next stage producing the BETA version as an iteration of the product.
4: Iteration Release
Iteration is just a complete version of the final product that the client can share with test groups or targeted public testing audience. The project can have multiple iterations during it’s life cycle toning it more at each and end every one till a final iteration where the product is met with all the requirements for the client to release for it’s intended use.
5: Project Completion
This stage is the final stage of all of our development projects. Once a final iteration of the system is reach and a production version is release the project is set as completed and post services can start if requested by the client.
